This was my mornings workout! I was really only on for 30 minutes but I didn't think to take the pic. until after I got off and I'm not sure why the clock kept ticking away?!?
*-so 30 minutes on the eliptical
*- 100 crunches
*- and 20 squats
Not bad I guess! I had to put a cough drop in my mouth to keep my airways open while I was on the eliptical and around the 15 minute mark I started to feel like I was going to be sick (from the cough drop) "rock meet hard place" all part of exercise with asthma! But I need to drop the 2 steps forward 2 steps back crancky pants attitude if I really want to start getting somewhere!
This is how I'm going to track my progress for The Disney Princess Half Marathon ! This is from when I started last year and now I'm going to pick up where I left off last year.

I couldn't quite find the kind of note book I was looking for so I just bought this one at Staples and put little stickers on it (of my favorite princess of course) The O.G. of Disney Snow White!!!!!!!!!!!
And why am I putting in all this effort??? *Well first off to be healthier and get into better shape!
